Within the scope of this clarification text prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), we would like to inform you about the following issues:

How can we obtain your personal data?
As Royal Park Travel Agency, we can contact you, our guests, through many channels. For example
- During your visit to our agencies or branches,

- During your visit to our website or when you become a member and make a reservation;

For what purposes do we process your personal data?
As Royal Park Travel Agency, we may process your personal data for the following purposes and for legal reasons:
- In order to provide you with the products and services you have requested in the best way, we process it on the basis of the legal reason 'it is directly necessary or relevant for the establishment and performance of the contract' in subparagraph c of the 2nd paragraph of Article 5 of the Law. As Royal Park Travel Agency, we bring you many products and services, especially tour reservations. We process your personal data such as your identity, contact, request or financial information so that we can offer you the products and services you request or to make your membership through our website, and in this way, we monitor the making of your reservations, the operation process and your membership process. - In order to improve our product and service quality, the 'legitimate interest of the data controller' in clause f of paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law and from time to time the 'data subject has been made public by himself/herself in clause d of paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law' We are processing based on legal reason. As Royal Park Travel Agency, we are always looking for ways to provide better service to our guests. - If your personal data has been processed by us, you can request information about it from us,
- You can learn for what purposes we process your personal data and whether your personal data is used in accordance with these purposes,
- You can learn the third parties to whom we transfer your personal data in the country or abroad,
- If we have processed your personal data incompletely or incorrectly, you can request their correction and you can request that these corrections be forwarded to the third parties to whom we have transferred your personal data.
- Although we have processed your personal data in accordance with the Law and other relevant law provisions, in case the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data disappear, you can request the deletion or destruction of your personal data and you can request the corrections made in this context to be communicated to the third parties to whom we have transferred your personal data.
- If a result arises against you by analyzing the data we process exclusively through automated systems, you can object to this result,
